ALTAXO was established in 2013 by the merger of 4 companies that are engaged in consulting services in the areas of establishment and sale of business companies, buyout of companies, virtual offices, accounting, management and other associated services.
We are currently the largest company in this field on the Czech-Slovak market. We cooperate with dozens of experts in the field of accounting and tax issues, as well as with notaries and lawyers. We have several thousand clients, which include lawyers, notaries, and state and non-state organizations.
Our company is constantly growing and since its inception, we have seen annual sales growth of 20% on average. The total turnover for all services in 2023 exceeded CZK 60 million.
In the portfolio of our services, you will find the establishment and sale of commercial companies (s.r.o., a.s. and SE), the widest range of own virtual networks in the Czech Republic, the establishment and sale of foreign companies, accounting and tax consulting, liquidation of companies, purchase of companies and other associated services.
Our team currently consists of more than 50 internal and external employees who are fully at your disposal.
We are based in Prague, we have established branches in Brno and Bratislava.
